Zuerst werden so viele Follikel wie ben\u00f6tigt vom Nacken entnommen (auch Haarfollikel an Arm oder Bein k\u00f6nnen verwendet werden, wenn sie geeignet sind) und im Empf\u00e4ngerbereich \u00fcber der Oberlippe transplantiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Operation wird unter Lokalan\u00e4sthesie durchgef\u00fchrt und innerhalb von 2-3 Stunden abgeschlossen. Der Patient versp\u00fcrt keinen Schmerz. Das Verfahren hinterl\u00e4sst keine Nahtspuren. Die Haarfollikel werden in die mit mikrochirurgischen Methoden ge\u00f6ffneten Rillen in der Haut implantiert, was dem Bereich mit l\u00fcckenhaften Haaren ein volleres Aussehen verleiht.<\/p>\n<p>Der wichtige Punkt hier ist, dass die Follikel in die gleiche Richtung wie die vorhandenen Haare gepflanzt werden. Dies h\u00e4ngt direkt mit der Erfahrung und den F\u00e4higkeiten des Arztes zusammen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Eingriff kann es notwendig sein, 2-3 Sitzungen durchzuf\u00fchren, um den Prozess abzuschlie\u00dfen. Dies bedeutet, dass sich nach der Operation Krusten bilden k\u00f6nnen und kleine Blutgerinnsel in den Haarfollikeln auftreten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Patient wird mit einem speziellen Verband entlassen. Diese Verb\u00e4nde bleiben 3 Tage lang an und sollten komplett trocken gehalten werden. Nach 3 Tagen wird der Verband entfernt und vom Arzt bei der geplanten Nachuntersuchung gereinigt.<\/p>\n<p>In den 15 Tagen nach dem Transplantationsprozess k\u00f6nnen die implantierten Schnurrb\u00e4rte vorsichtig mit einer kleinen Schere geschnitten werden. Das Gesichtshaar sollte nicht mit einem Rasierer rasiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der zwei bis drei Wochen nach der Transplantation k\u00f6nnen die Patienten einen &#8222;Schockhaarausfall&#8220; erleben, der bei solchen Operationen \u00fcblich ist. Die Patienten sollten sich dar\u00fcber im Klaren sein, dass dies kein Grund zur Sorge ist, und das ausgefallene Haar wird aus den gleichen Follikeln nachwachsen.
